non-profit environmental
initiatives

As a company committed to sustainability with our products and brands, we actively engage to provide other support and increase our impact. Olin Origins and Data Copy® brands are members of 1% for the Planet. This collaboration started in 2021 with a donation support that goes to
non-profitable associations to develop their projects and create a meaningful impact in several areas.

The 1% for the Planet initiative is a global movement that steers joined efforts of businesses and individuals to create a positive environmental impact. Founded in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, the founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, the founder of Blue Ribbon Flies, this organisation encourages companies and individuals to contribute by donating 1% of their annual sales to environmental causes.

Working with a network of non-profit associations, the 1% for the Planet and its members address various issues such as climate change, biodiversity, education and waste management. By allocating funds to such initiatives, the 1% for the Planet members contribute meaningfully to the environmental conservation efforts.
