Setting up an eco-responsible decor for a launch event

SaltBank is Romania’s first fully digital neobank. To promote their banking offers, they wanted to organise a special launch event with an impactful and eco-responsible visual setup.

To meet this ambitious challenge, SaltBank decided to work with High Level Trade SRL, an advertising production company with over 10 years of experience in indoor/outdoor print, volumetric letters, and light boxes.

The idea was clear: create an innovative stage, arcade, and photobooth setup while aligning with the bank’s sustainability values. SaltBank and High Level Trade SRL agreed to look for more sustainable alternatives to classic PVC materials. But they had a hard time finding a solution.

High Level Trade SRL chose Antalis for materials supply. When they presented the SwitchGreen Box, the course of the project changed.

The customer/supplier chain on this project:

SaltBank (final client) ↔ High Level Trade SRL (stage setting) ↔ Antalis (material supplier)

Bogdan Mihai is the Sales Manager of Visual Communication at Antalis Romania. He explains how the collaboration began: “The SwitchGreenBox was the trigger for the whole idea. We have the customer's consent and we have the verbal consent from the final client (SaltBank).”

The concrete Antalis solution

The centerpiece material for the project was Stadur Easyprint Black (10 mm). This innovative, lightweight, and rigid foam board offers the perfect balance of functionality and sustainability. Key features include:

  • PVC-free composition: made with Stadurlon sheets, it eliminates the environmental concerns associated with traditional PVC materials.

  • Print optimization: the material is designed for digital printing and finishing, ensuring vibrant, high-quality visuals.

  • Flexibility: V-shaped milling grooves allow the board to be bent and folded without breaking, enabling creative designs.

  • Durability: suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, making it ideal for various event setup

Using Stadur Easyprint Black, they replaced traditional PVC materials for the stage backdrops, the arcade installation, and the branded photo booth.
