To speed up ordering add frequently ordered items to your favourites folder, which can be easily accessed in the Tab bar or via the My Account menu.
You can save repeat orders as a saved cart, which can be accessed from the My Account menu, perfect for speeding up repeat ordering.
After placing an order, you will see an on-screen order confirmation that will inform you of the contents of your order and the expected delivery date. This will also be emailed to you.
You can order samples of selected items online, and have them delivered direct to you or your client.
All orders your company places with Antalis are available to view in order history. You can also download your order history into excel so that you can create your own spend reports or help with reporting.
In the order history section you can see the delivery status of your order and if it’s been delivered print a copy of the signed despatch note, so that you know who signed for the delivery and when.
Manage your billing & finance planning with Antalis, via the invoice dashboard. Here you can see when payments are due/upcoming and download copies of invoices.

An account User Manager can create multiple users against your Antalis Online account. A User Manager also has the ability to manage those users giving full control of spending, product visibility and ordering.
An account User Manager can set spend limits against users, either by Order, period of time or a combination of both, to give you full budget control and cash management. Cost centres can also be created so orders are placed against a specific site etc... to further enhance your account management options.
You can add new delivery addresses for immediate use via the My Account menu or on the checkout screen.
We have built links to the most common office reseller and print estimating systems, allowing you to order from Antalis, directly from your electronic procurement programme.
