Immediate availability
Several warehouses with a total storage capacity of nearly 60,000 m² can store thousands of Office papers references and enable the preparation of hundreds of orders per day.
Deliveries guaranteed everywhere
Fast delivery
A large network of service providers delivers our Office papers throughout France. Deliveries are guaranteed within one day by truck or courier (courier depends on weight and volume limits). In the Paris area, same-day deliveries can be arranged.
Additional delivery assistant
Four levels of service
A delivery assistant accompanies the lorry driver if the delivery requires special handling.
- The first service level includes delivery of the order to a sheltered location.
- The second level includes delivery to higher floors.
- The third level includes order distribution by office and by floor.
- The fourth level includes placing the order in office cabinets on different floors.
Daily basket service: For numerous buyers
You place numerous orders to us every day?
This service is for you! We combine automatically all your orders value throughout the day and behave as if you had placed only one order per delivery location. With this service:
- You do not pay any small order service fee if the daily accumulated value of your orders (for the same delivery location) is over 200 €
- You pay only once a day per delivery location the small order service fee of 35 € even if you had placed several orders that day for the same delivery location with an accumulated order value below 200 €
Express taxi: For emergencies
In case of an emergency, the sales advisor can organise delivery by taxi as soon as possible directly from the warehouses in Melun Sénart, Bordeaux or Lyon. Fixed rate of €70 excl. tax + €4.20 excl. tax/km
Warehouse pick-up: The other option
In case of an emergency and upon request, your order can be prepared early for you to pick up your print media. Available at the Melun Sénart, Bordeaux or Lyon sites by appointment during opening hours.
Pick-up price: €25
Goods return service : You can make mistake!
With the goods return service, you can make a mistake in your order (reference, volume, etc.) or in estimating your needs. This service applies everywhere in the country and for 30 days from the date of your initial order. It concerns the goods in stock in the general catalogue, always packaged in their original packaging, unused and in good condition. This service includes a base fee of €50 up to 100kg of returned goods, plus a cost of €0.20 per additional kg.
