A large network of service providers delivers our print media throughout countries. Deliveries are guaranteed almost anywhere within one day by truck or courier (courier subject to weight and volume limits). In large cities area, same-day deliveries can be arranged.

Express taxi: For emergencies
In case of an emergency, the sales advisor can organise delivery by taxi as soon as possible directly from the warehouses in Melun Sénart, Bordeaux or Lyon. Fixed rate of €70 excl. tax + €4.20 excl. tax/km
Warehouse pick-up: The other option
In case of an emergency and upon request, your order can be prepared early for you to pick up your print media. Available at the Melun Sénart, Bordeaux or Lyon sites by appointment during opening hours.
Pick-up price: €25
Goods return service : You can make mistake!
With the goods return service, you can make a mistake in your order (reference, volume, etc.) or in estimating your needs. This service applies everywhere in the country and for 30 days from the date of your initial order. It concerns the goods in stock in the general catalogue, always packaged in their original packaging, unused and in good condition. This service includes a base fee of €50 up to 100kg of returned goods, plus a cost of €0.20 per additional kg.
