My invoices FAQs

Easy payment is one of the many benefits of choosing Antalis as your trusted partner, below should help with any queries you may have.

Your invoice is issued after shipping and is sent by email (or postal mail by request) to the billing address registered in your account.

If you have an online trading account with us you can also find your invoices and delivery notes in your My Account section and choose Invoices and Payments. From there, you can download and print them if you choose.

If you have an online trading account you can pay online directly and securely with VisaMastercard. Payments made online by credit card use SSL encryption for total security.

In addition, Antalis also accepts the following payment methods:

  • Card payments over the phone by contacting our credit control team
  • Bank transfer using the Antalis bank details

Once we set your credit limit you can proceed with ordering and we take care of everything else. Make sure you keep a regular eye on your remaining credit with us, particularly if you have multiple members of staff ordering on your account, and ensure you make regular payments to keep within your limit. Our sales and credit control team can talk to you about credit options if you're not sure. And if you're not looking to utilise a credit function, you can place orders using your card like you'd expect anywhere.
