Below are the answers to our most frequently asked questions relating to your Antalis account.

If you are new to Antalis

It's very easy to create a Business Account with us. Simply contact your local branch or complete the call-back form and a member of our sales team will respond to your request. Once you have an Antalis Business Account you can create an Antalis Online Account and start ordering via our e-shop.

 

If you already have an Antalis Business Account

It's very easy to Create an account, click and simply follow the on-screen instructions. And as soon as your account has been authorised you can start benefiting from the full features and functionality of Antalis Online.

Your account number can be found on any Antalis document such as your invoices, Order confirmations or PODs. Alternatively, after signing in (top right) go to the My Account section on our e-shop and choose account information.

Unsure if you have an account already? Contact one of our helpful advisors via Instant Chat and they will assist you further.

  • Click on the "Sign in" link at the top right of the website.
  • Enter your e-mail and your password.
  • Confirm by clicking "Sign In" to access your account.

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it and receive a new one directly in your inbox by clicking the forgotten password link on the sign-in screen.

If you do not remember the email address used for your account, contact customer service: Contact us.

After signing in (top right of any page) go to My Account and click on Account Information and you can amend all your details.
