Below are the answers to our most frequently asked questions relating to your Antalis account.
It's very easy to create a Business Account with us. Simply contact your local branch or complete the call-back form and a member of our sales team will respond to your request. Once you have an Antalis Business Account you can create an Antalis Online Account and start ordering via our e-shop.
It's very easy to Create an account, click and simply follow the on-screen instructions. And as soon as your account has been authorised you can start benefiting from the full features and functionality of Antalis Online.
Your account number can be found on any Antalis document such as your invoices, Order confirmations or PODs. Alternatively, after signing in (top right) go to the My Account section on our e-shop and choose account information.

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it and receive a new one directly in your inbox by clicking the forgotten password link on the sign-in screen.

After signing in (top right of any page) go to My Account and click on Account Information and you can amend all your details.
