Antalis has donated part of its exhibition stand to a school for students with special educational needs (SEN) in Leicestershire, close to the company’s UK HQ.

Antalis continues to expand internationally and has signed a binding agreement to acquire Pakella, a leading player in the distribution and manufacture of industrial and food packaging in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Antalis has acquired the Portuguese company 100 metros – Soluções de Embalagem, Unipessoal, Lda, a leader in packaging distribution in Portugal, specialising in the distribution and converting of packaging materials and components. With consolidated sales of 13 million euros in 2023 and 80 employees, 100 metros operates out of Pacos Ferreira (Porto region) and Lisbon.

In partnership with Forest Carbon, pioneer of carbon-financed woodland creation in the UK, Antalis recently hosted a tree-planting day at its woodland creation project in Cumbria.

Following the acquisition of a large portfolio of world-renowned brands from Antalis’ former supplier Arjowiggins, we are pleased to provide you with an update on their evolution and relaunch.

Antalis is pleased to announce that it has acquired a worldwide portfolio of brands, amongst them the well-known Conqueror, Curious Collection, Keaykolour, Pop’Set and Rives from its former historical supplier Arjowiggins Scotland Limited, which was placed into Administration in September of this year.

The team building day was part of Antalis' activities to give back to the local environment and aimed to build and repair damaged fences that protect the trees at Bradgate Park in Leicestershire from deer who eat the bark and leaves, causing damage and risking the health of the trees.
