Analysis
The stretchCONSULT service begins with an audit and analysis of your packaging operation, from the type and quantity of products packed, to how they are loaded onto a pallet. We’ll also examine the stretch film and any machinery used in the pallet wrapping process, and make sure we understand your distribution channels.
Testing
Once we have analysed your current set-up, we’ll audit and test your current stretch film(s) and run comparison tests with alternative films. If necessary, we’ll reconfigure the settings on your current machinery to make sure it is optimised for the film being used. The storage and transport processes will also be tested.

Implementation
