An eco-friendly paper choice
Pergraphica papers are FSC® and EU Ecolabel certified, and also CO₂ neutral through a combined approach of avoiding, reducing and offsetting CO₂ emissions in production. At the mill, there is a focus on reducing CO₂ emissions, with initiatives such as reduction of water consumption, switching from fossil fuel to biomass and iterative steps to use resources more efficiently. Pergraphica supports an internationally approved CO₂ offsetting project – a hydropower emissions reduction project in Brazil – and invests in replacing fossil fuels and preventing the reconstruction of fossil fuel power plants. This is the world’s most advanced standard for sustainability as it assess the safety, circularity and responsibility of materials and helps companies to innovate and optimise materials and products according to the latest science-based measures.
Cradle to Cradle Certified® evaluates companies and their products on 5 criteria: Material Health, Product Circularity, Clean Air & Climate, Water & Soil Stewardship, and Social Fairness. 
As part of achieving their certification, Pergraphica papers received a Gold rating for Material Reutilisation & Social Fairness and Bronze in the other categories.
