Protecting and leading communities

Antalis employs approximately 4200 people around the world and we need to make sure that they benefit from the safest working conditions and that they also progress in terms of skills during their journey at Antalis, gaining employability for the future. We ensure that the best practices and latest commitments are shared with everyone within our subsidiaries. We also have a strong commitment to our local communities through regular donations and partnerships.

Ensuring the health and safety of our teams and reinforcing our actions

Our efforts and commitment to Health & Safety over the years have shown very encouraging results with the Antalis’ Group’s incident rate significantly decreasing over the past five years from 10.58 in 2018 to 3.06 in 2023. Our objective will always be to create an accident-free workplace.

THE DIGIT'ALL ACADEMY

Antalis academies offer specific training programmes that address the needs and challenges faced by employees in their daily work. This allows employees to develop targeted skills and immediately apply them, thus improving their efficiency and productivity. Antalis already offers a purchasing academy for supplier management, a packaging academy for products and market training, and in 2023, the focus was placed on a digit'All academy for training employees on digital transformation using new technologies.

Together, we covered more than 150,000 kilometres, demonstrating our collective spirit and determination to make a difference. Thanks to this initiative, we have donated €25,000 to Humanity & Inclusion and €25,000 to local charities.
