Circularity cradle to cradle
Embracing circular
commitment

The circular economy model is a way to transform businesses, promoting the reuse and the recycling of materials, prioritising resource efficiency and minimising waste. Our paper portfolio comprises one of the broadest ranges of environmental and eco-responsible papers in the market, including papers certified Cradle to Cradle®.

What is Cradle to Cradle®

Cradle to Cradle® is a global standard and a respected mark which is based on five requirement categories applied to products made for the circular economy.

The five key requirement categories are:

  • Material health

Materials are safe for humans and the environment.

  • Product circularity

Enabling a circular economy through regenerative products and process design.

  • Water and soil stewardship

Safeguarding clean water and healthy soils.

  • Clean air and climate protection

Protecting clean air, promoting renewable energy, and reducing harmful emissions.

  • Social fairness

Respecting human rights and contributing to a fair and equitable society.

The Cradle to Cradle Certified Products Program is based on the concept of continuous improvement, with four possible levels of achievement: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Certification is awarded to a product when it meets the requirements for the desired achievement level in each of the five key categories, as well as the other general, packaging, and animal welfare requirements.
