Antalis core values and behaviours
Our core values are those values we believe are most important to us in the way we work and conduct ourselves, through continuous change these values remain constant and help us to create a positive, high performing and successful organisation.
We have four core values based on TEAM:

Responds quickly and positively to changing priorities and circumstances, seeks solutions to unexpected obstacles and challenges. Is open minded to new ideas and actively shares concepts with the wider team to find solutions that meet the long term goals of the company.
